What's the order process?

​Placing an order is a two-step process:

 

First, you must complete the contact form on our Contact page before proceeding to checkout.

 

Then, you can select your candle and complete your payment. Please note: We cannot process your order if the contact form is not submitted, as each order requires an image to be uploaded through the form. To ensure we can correctly match your form with your payment, use the same name on both the contact form and at checkout. Orders with unmatched names or missing forms will not be processed.

 

How do I upload my images?

Click on the contact us tab, fill out the form and upload your image at the bottom. Please provide a good contact number in case we need to contact you for your order.

Can I change the words on my candle design?

ABSOLUTELY!  On the contact us page you may add wording of your choice. Please double check spelling

 

​Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes we do! If you are planning a special event, memorial, or celebration and require multiple candles, we are pleased to offer discounted rates on bulk orders. For larger quantities, we also provide elegantly crafted smaller sizes, ideal for guest favors or personalized keepsakes. Kindly email us with the details of your event and the desired quantity we would be honored to assist you.

Are the candles scented?  No
