Q. Once I pay for my item is my order complete?

A. YES. ONLY if you're purchasing an "AS PICTURED" candle. You will receive the design exactly as shown in listing.

If your candle requires changes to the original design, please follow the steps below. If you would like to keep the original design “AS PICTURED” with no changes, please skip the three steps below.

Placing an order is a three-step process:

1. Select your desired Candle, add to cart

2. Then, click the Order Form tab to upload your image or add change words

3. Click the cart icon and process payment.

Q. Do you offer bulk pricing?

A. Yes! We offer discounts on bulk orders for events, memorials, and celebrations. We also offer smaller candles, perfect for guest favors or keepsakes. Email us with your event details and quantity, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Q. Are the candles scented?

A. No

Important Photo Quality Notice

These are wax candles. The quality of your candle depends entirely on the quality of the photo provided. This DO NOT apply to "AS PICTURED" orders.

We strongly recommend using high-resolution images taken with a high-quality camera
Blurry, low-resolution, cropped, or heavily filtered images may affect the final appearance
Image clarity, lighting, contrast, and focus all play a role in the finished candle

PLEASE NOTE: Final results may vary slightly depending on the quality and resolution of the image provided. While we make every effort to achieve the best possible outcome, extremely low-resolution images may require additional enhancement, which may incur an additional fee. Candles are made of 100% Wax.
